1. Our approach
We aim to make the service usable with modern browsers, keyboard navigation, zoom and common assistive technologies. We continue to review colour contrast, focus states, labels, form errors, responsive layouts and document flows as the product develops.
2. Ask for a reasonable adjustment
If a disability makes part of the online process difficult, contact us and tell us what barrier you are encountering and what adjustment would help. We will consider reasonable alternative ways of providing the service. You do not need to give us more health information than is necessary to explain the adjustment you need.

3. Known limitations and feedback
PCNRescue is an evolving service and we do not claim that every third-party component or every uploaded document is fully accessible. Stripe Checkout and files supplied by councils or parking operators are controlled by their respective providers. Please report a barrier you encounter so we can assess an alternative or a fix within our control.
